We have had another fantastic turn out for today's event. Here is an image of @Porter Thorndike (Principal Product Manager) presenting to the attendees. (Panel includes: Angie Hildack and Vijay Raman) Thank you so much to everyone who made the effort to come along. If you were not able to get to Arlington today, make sure to book your spot for next upcoming in-person ibi Summit events in Chicago (Aug 6th) or New York City (Oct 8th). We hope to see you there!

@David Briars This has now been resolved. It was a caching issue. Should be good to go now. Thanks for pointing it out. (Next time definitely call the thread: What's up doc?) 🙂
-
@David Briars That is a strange one. I got the same issue. Although when I went directly to the docs.tibco.com subdomain it worked fine. I will investigate it with our web team. Thanks for the heads up.

The YouTube playlist is probably the best place to see all of the FFs. It is up to date to March 24.
-
@robert fuschetto We always record the FF sessions. Then they get posted to our YouTube channel in this playlist and on our website under the resource library here. Walter Blood announced his retirement from ibi on the most recent FF session.

4 Reasons to get to an ibi Summit Event in 2024
Paul Thompson replied to Paul Thompson's topic in WebFOCUS
@robert fuschetto This is a fair request. For 2024 we are focusing on the ibi Summit Roadshow series of in-person events. (Having not had in-person events for quite a number of years.) Bringing back the yearly user group will certainly be under consideration for the future. Hope that helps.- 2 replies

ibi Summit Boston is taking place today and we are so excited. If you did not make it today or you are thinking about going to some of our other Summit events this year, here are 4 reasons why you should make it happen: 1) You get to meet our friendly ibi team in person - here is Chris Kaplan (Lead Gold Support Engineer) at today' registration desk. 2) You get to learn about The Future of ibi from unique and colorful characters like our very own @Porter Thorndike (Principal Product Manager) 3) The ibi expert room will be open to answer all your questions. Here is Steve Dewitt (Manager Software Engineering) ready for action. 4) Hear all the product updates directly from the Product Team. This is Angie Hildack (Senior Manager Product Management) in full flow. Thank you to everyone who attended today's event in-person and to the ibi team for making it happen. Next stops on the ibi Summit Roadshow Series include: Arlington, VA - 14th May 24 Chicago, IL - 6th Aug 24 New York City - 8th Oct 24

@David Beagan That is a strange one. I added the l at the end of the link and that did not seem to solve it. Do you know what the updated link should be? -
myibi forum content brought into this forum?
Paul Thompson replied to David Beagan 's topic in ibi Community FAQ / Feedback
Hi @David Beagan , We have brought over the TIBCO content as much as possible. That did include some of the myibi forum content too. We also have links to some of the other legacy content (Focal Point) under the Knowledge Base tab. Hope that helps. -

We hope to potentially make Swag available through the ibi community in the future. We have many plans for additional features and addons for Version 2 of the community. We also welcome your feedback and suggestions of what else you would like to see. Swag is already something that has been requested multiple times! Watch this space...

You earn points through your activities in the ibi community. This includes posting topics, commenting, helping other members solve problems, longevity in the community and other factors. Most people start as a Newbie or Rookie, but you can rise all the way to Rising Star, Experienced and even Grand Master! If you had previous ibi/TIBCO community points and badges we have endeavoured to maintain them on your new ibi community profile. Remember: The more involved you are the more points and badges you will earn.

What is happening in the ibi community?
Paul Thompson posted a topic in ibi Community FAQ / Feedback
The activity tab allows you to see the most recent activity in the community that you may have missed. But more importantly you can create your own Activity Stream. Easily create a stream to show you what you want to see in the community. Do you want to see only certain Content Types that you Follow? No problem. Want to see activity from a single or a few favorite members? Sure! Simply select “Create New Stream”, Choose what you want to see and save. Equally you can see Unread Content or Subscriptions that you have to content too. -
Following items allows you to receive notifications within the community, via email, and via push on the mobile app. You can automatically follow content that you create or respond to, based on your own user preferences, or choose to follow something that interests you. You can also get notifications for mentions and messages – you don’t have to worry about missing out. video_follow1.mp4

We have both a Basic Search and Advanced Search option. For Basic Search, just type and select your search criteria using the abbreviated search fields. Clicking on the magnifying glass will give you Advanced Search options. Narrow your search by Content, Member, Group, Time Period and more. So for example you can choose find results in "Content titles and body" that contain "All of my search term words". This will give you more detailed results.
-
Under Account Settings, you can adjust your notification settings to suit your preferences. Simply click Profile > Account Settings.
-
It’s all about you! Upload your profile picture, add a cover photo and edit any custom fields. Your activity, achievements, settings and more are all in one place. If you had a previous ibi/TIBCO community account we have attempted to keep your badges, posts and overall history as much as possible.
