Unknown zip codes using ESRI choropleth map

Good afternoon! I am having an issue with a choropleth chart I am trying to put together that maps a value off of the zip code. I got it to work(ish) but it shows blank areas on my map and 2554 Unknown zip codes - all of them valid and included in the table. I don't work with ESRI maps very often (aka. hardly ever) so I'm not very well versed on them besides basic mapping. Digging through documentation hasn't turned up anything. I am on version 9.2.1 using AppStudio to manipulate the chart (I tried using Designer and got nowhere).

Any input would be greatly appreciated!
