NYCBabak . Posted October 7, 2020 Share Posted October 7, 2020 On the Reporting Server Console you can go to the Workspace right click DEFAULT and look at the properties. Youll have to fine tune the out of the box settings for things like connection_limit et cetera so they have a limit on how long or how much resource they use before the server kills them. Debra Waybright Posted October 7, 2020 Author Share Posted October 7, 2020 Is there a way to kill agents if they have been stuck for a set number of hours For example, a call to the database that seems to have hung up and the agent is sitting there for 5 hours - Id like the system to automatically kill it.
