Up until now we have been using the WebFOCUS Oracle and Netezza adapters.

We are now installing MS SQL Server. We also have a requirement to build WF reports against against MSSQL.

We are now considering if we should use the MSSQL OLE adapter or ODBC.

My DBAs are reviewing which would make the best choice.

Does anyone have any experience in making this choice, or have a preference

I checked with Mark Nesson and he recommends the OLE DB configuration. It is more robust that ODBC.
