Can someone share an example of actually deploying an IBI Webfocus designed workbook to external users, even outside their company All I have seen so far in the summit is designer. How does one create a product like environment for others to login and see the reports I create

I was going to suggest ReportCaster but scheduling is not an option for a Workbook. That actually surprised me. Does this need to be a workbook or can you just create a chart which you can schedule to distribute with ReportCaster.

I am confused by your last statement. What type of product like environment are you wanting Based on your licensing you can have X amount of users and via WebFOCUS security give them access to the reports, charts, and/or portals which is how most customers do this.
