Paul Thompson Posted January 30 Share Posted January 30 As much as possible we migrated all previous users of the ibi/TIBCO and myibi communities to this new version. In some circumstances the original email you had registered may now not be used by you. (Change of job/circumstances etc) Or you may have been registered under a personal email address like Gmail or Yahoo. If your email address is not found by the system please create a new account by clicking Sign In > Register on the home page. If your email address is found by the system, simply click Sign in > Forgot your Password on the home page (Previous passwords will no longer work) If you continue to have any problems with sign-in or account creation please get in touch with us using marketing@ibi.com.
