Debra Waybright Posted September 12, 2023 Posted September 12, 2023 Export/import of schedules from one environment to another, both environments are 9.1.0, and some schedules get this error. Comparing one schedule that imported fine to one that got this error, and the difference is that the schedule that worked was created last week, the other was originally created prior to our upgrade to 9.1.0. Both are simply running a report and emailing it. Both are using the same execution ID and have the same owning ID. Ideas?
Patrick Huebgen Posted September 12, 2023 Posted September 12, 2023 Hi @Debra Waybright - please check those settings
Patrick Huebgen Posted September 12, 2023 Posted September 12, 2023 If there's nothing missing - please try to open and safe the schedule once and try to export/import this one as a test
Debra Waybright Posted September 12, 2023 Author Posted September 12, 2023 The environment we are importing to has ReportCaster disabled (it is a test environment), so I can't get at that info. Is that maybe the issue? It just seems weird that some will import fine and others won't.
Patrick Huebgen Posted September 12, 2023 Posted September 12, 2023 Disabled means it is not installed?Did you checked the cm_export and cm_import logs for more details?
Debra Waybright Posted September 12, 2023 Author Posted September 12, 2023 Probably means not installed. :)Yes, I checked the import log, that's how I found the error message.
Patrick Huebgen Posted September 12, 2023 Posted September 12, 2023 I guess that m ight be the issue - did you tried to resafe the non-woprkign one - 9.x made some changes to the repository - could be the case that newer jobs will be imported no matter if caster is active
Debra Waybright Posted September 12, 2023 Author Posted September 12, 2023 The non-working ones were updated the same date the new one was created. I wouldn't import the schedules at all except we are prepping a new environment that will get promoted to production eventually.
