We are trying to wrap up our testing of 8207 before cutting over, but the web interface is so very painfully slow. Im wondering what others may have done or could suggest to get the response time improved. When you have to wait 5 - 10 minutes just to add a field on a report in InfoAssist, it isnt pretty!

How much RAM have your got on your machine thats running the Client software Lots of times, bumping up your Tomcat memory will help a lot on performance.

I generally run my tomcat with a min of 2048 and max of 4096, but you need to make sure your VM can support that. The more memory your can give the java application to run, the happier it will be.
