robert fuschetto
Is there a quick and simple way to suppress charting The simplest way to describe this is to show an example. We only ever carry a year of budget starting in July. However, at times, we are asked to plot actuals for a rolling 12 months. That results in this: In other words the budget for prior year periods is zero. I t would be nce NOT to show that portion of the chartthoughts
Martin Yergeau
Adding a filter should do the trick
robert fuschetto
The actual and budget are in the same table as columns. Filtering will not help. Thanks!
Martin Yergeau
And if you DEFINE the budget to assign MISSING when it is zero DEFINE FILE abc NewBdgt /P9 MISSING ON = IF Budget EQ 0 THEN MISSING ELSE Budget; END

Martin Yergeau
Should start budget line where data available only (if I remember well) Use NewBdgt in the graph not the original field

Martin Yergeau
Robert, you should tag your post as [sOLVED] and not [CLOSED] when it contains a solution In our old forum rules, we were using : [sOLVED} = problem/question solved and a solution is provided in the discussion [CLOSED] = problem/question not solved and no solution provided in the discussion It help to filter the discussions
