I was creating a few reports. The last one somehow renders with this stuff at the bottom:

kind of neat but I do not have the real estate for it. I have no idea how I turned it on nor how to turn it off. I was playing with HTML Analytic docs then turned it back to HTMLnot sure if that has anything to do with it.

How do I turn this off!

Probably remove or comment lines like this:

SET WEBVIEWER=ON

SET WEBVIEWTARG=OFF

 

or like:

ON TABLE SET WEBVIEWER ON

ON TABLE SET WEBVIEWTARG OFF

Not sure where those came fromcould be nicebut not in this case. Thanks! Now I must figure out how rid myself of the vertical scroll bar that appearseven tho the repor fits in the HTML frame with room to spare. Again all overflows are = Hidden as well as sizing yet it still appears:

That option is call On Demand Paging where it caches the results of the report and is used for reports with a lot of output. It is set on the format tab.

Not sure what is going on with your scroll bar.

In my App Studio 8.2.06, HTML Canvas tool, I tried putting a report in an iframe. Once I set the Property overflow to hidden:

then running the report suppressed the scroll bar:

Yes Dave, exactly how 8206 worked. All bets seem off in 8207! I do know on someolder HTML pages brought into 8207 the overflow is ignored and you must use the size and scrollingbut that is not working right now, and this is a brand new 8207 HTML page.

And Design Studio is not an option at this point. While it shows promise there is little compatibly for anyone using HOLD files.

Just tried it in AS 8207.04, the latest that I have access to, and it suppresses the scroll bar. Of course there have been lots of changes since that release.

As a last resort, you can set up a css file with:

.noscrollbar {overflow: hidden}

I had a case about these scroll bars in a remote session with IBI. We had little luck with a CSS file. what workedeventually was to set Sizing and Scolling to No. sadly that is not working this time. The good news it when I dump the report to PowerPoint the Scroll bar is not present.
