In App Studio 8.206 I applied a Business View to a Master File

 

I built a chart against this Business View (successfully saw all of these fields)

 

After playing with the Chart, I decided I wanted to add Fiscal Year and Period to the Business View

 

When going back to my chart, these new fields do not appear

 

Is there anything that needs to be done to view new fields as they are being applied to a Business View

Thanks Patrick - that did the trick.

Any chance in future versions of WebFocus that there wont be the need to clear cache as you make modifications to the Master File

or that this can be done my non administratorsstinks to have to put a ticket in to IS to get this done.

please open a case - i know that there was a NFR for this - not sure about the current status.

The MFD cache that IA/Designer created is user session specific. So the other way around this is to log off and log back in. But a Refresh cached info as a pull down in the session would be a better solution.
