Unexpectedly we recently were affected by it from a product that moved over to TIBCO a year or so back. The last thing a customer wants to hear is that there will be no pricing/licensing changes and then out of the blue you get an email letting you know there is a big increase due immediately that you werent able to budget for as it wasnt communicated openly.
