Report Caster and Multiple attachments and HTML Analytical Docs

I am trying to email a group 3 very small HTML files, all HTML Analytic Documents.

It is the first time we are using Report Caster to send multiple attachments and attachments that are HTML Analytic Documents....well 2 of these and a chart.

The email to the user always works however at times if the user opens the chart first, then they cannot open the HTML Analytic Documents...just says Loading after the EDGE window opens and hangs....

Sometimes they can't even open the HTML Analytic Documents first, Sometimes they can. So far I cannot find a pattern. If the user reboots they are good but if I send another emailll all bets are off. Is there anything I should know about report caster and HTML Analytic Documents or multiple attachments????

Just for testing purposes ask your users to first save the attachments to folder and then try accessing them in any order. This exercise is to see if it makes any difference in the behavior experienced earlier.
