If I prompt for what we call a 'bill area' on a multi-select parameter...it seems to add (???--not really sure what the heck it does) the numbers...? How do I get it to list the 2 or 3 distinct numeric values I select:

Provider: <TBLMSTR_CHGUNITWRVUSTATSBYDAYMATRIX.TBLMSTR_CHGUNITWRVUSTATSBYDAYMATRIX.RPTBANBR 

Also, is there a method to prompt the user for a title and just use that in the page header?

For prompting for a chart title, where you would normally just type in the title, so something like this:

It seems to accept the ampersand and properly treats it like a WebFOCUS variable.

Yes, close. It is missing the ending period. Should be

&TITLE.Please enter a chart title.
