The two-meter-wide thermal exhaust port, needs to be eliminated, as it could be used to ignite a chain reaction, and possibly destroying it. Manoj Chaurasia Posted June 9, 2021 Share Posted June 9, 2021 Hi Nabil - I corresponded with the people that send out the swag and they told me that they are sorry for that but they are in the process of switching vendors and will correct the problem once they get the new vendor in place probably 1 to 2 weeks. They also asked me to let everyone know that during the next couple of weeks all rewards redemptions may be delayed due to getting new processes in place as well as new swag available.
