I am out of the WebFOCUS admin loop now that I am mostly retired. How are you folks handling the every other week incremental upgrades I keep seeing It seems like a lot to ask to have your servers in constant upgrade mode.

For us its pick and choose, no need to always upgrade, only when the changes are useful.

I always read the release notes and decide if any fixes apply to us, or maybe theres a new feature that will be useful.

I guess it also depends a little on how easy it is for you to do upgrades. For me, I have custom security and always have to go mess around with the web.xml and other things after an upgrade. So I dont do them as regularly as you could if you didnt have custom stuff to have to re-hookup after upgrading.
