How are you folks handling the every other week incremental upgrades I keep seeing It seems like a lot to ask to have your servers in constant upgrade mode. I always read the release notes and decide if any fixes apply to us, or maybe theres a new feature that will be useful. I guess it also depends a little on how easy it is for you to do upgrades. For me, I have custom security and always have to go mess around with the web.xml and other things after an upgrade.
