How exactly does HTMLENCODE handle Fields that contain Single-Quotes when being passed via drilldowns and used as a filter (WHERE) in the target fex

EX: Main Fex, Field is: COMPANY is DOUGS PIZZA, without the double-quotes, PASSED TO &CompanyName.

Target Fex: WHERE COMPANY EQ &CompanyName.QUOTEDSTRING
