If you mean 1.64 M you might be able to use COMPACTFORMAT. Take a look at this doc to see if it does what youre asking.

Keep in mind once you convert the number with this function, the value is an Alpha and you wont be able to use it in calculations anymore.

In Excel you can format a number $1,638,000.00 as $1.64 and in a note above the chart you would write something like Numbers Expressed In Millions. Can this be done in a Web Focus report What I am currently doing is dividing my report amounts by 1,000,000

We are using WebFOCUS Enterprise Edition 8.2

Thanks, everyone. COMPACTFORMAT worked, but not as I need it. I decided to keep using the division function, formatting the result using D12.2. In my Example: 1,638,000 / 1,000,000 = 1.64
