I am looking for documentation on how to configure Report Caster to spread the agent load across multiple caster installations(servers). Can anyone point me to the right place to find this Does anyone have any experience with it good or bad I am trying to send 6 million infographics to a shared drive location. Thank you.

Welcome to myibi!! Are your reporting servers set up in a clustered environment for load balancing and/or failover processing Typically ReportCaster can only connect to default reporting server defined in the configuration, if that server is set up for clustering then it should handle the load balancing for you.

Yes but I found it right after I made the post. You can find instructions on how to set it up on page 153 of the Install doc (wf_win_82install.pdf).

There is also doc in the Report Caster guide, on page 32 to 34 (rc8206.pdf)
