Karan Sachdeva Posted September 21, 2020 Share Posted September 21, 2020 Hi Guys, We recently upgraded from WebFocus 8206 to 8207.14 and since then in the Designer 8207, Edit with Text editor feature is not working. When clicked for a particlar report/visualization It shows a blank screen. Please find the attached screen-shots. Coudl you please suggest how to fix it. Thank you! NYCBabak . Posted September 22, 2020 Share Posted September 22, 2020 What browser are you using Have you tested other browsers I havent seen this happen. Tried clearning cache but nothing worked. Therefore, today morning I restarted Apache Tomcat Server and the WebFocus 82 servers and that worked! Thank you!
