Hi Guys,

We recently upgraded from WebFocus 8206 to 8207.14 and since then in the Designer 8207, Edit with Text editor feature is not working. When clicked for a particlar report/visualization It shows a blank screen. Please find the attached screen-shots.

Coudl you please suggest how to fix it.

What browser are you using Have you tested other browsers I havent seen this happen. However, you might try clearing history/cache as well. Is there a popup blocker message

@nycbabak : Thank you for your response. Im using Chrome, I tried using IE as well. Tried clearning cache but nothing worked.

Therefore, today morning I restarted Apache Tomcat Server and the WebFocus 82 servers and that worked!

If you have the rights to use TEXT Edit, from Other in the action bar, then you can use the Open function to open that file in Text Mode and go from there.
