Toby Mills
I dont know about you guys, but sometimes I find it frustrating to remember version of the WF Reporting Server documentation might refer to. Specifically Im talking about the idea that you may find documents referring to 7709 which is the same as 8205. I got used to the double names while working in techsupport, but now that Ive been out a few years, I forget which ones go with what. Heres a link to help us all remember: https://techsupport.informationbuilders.com/tech/wbf/wbf_release_eol_schedule.html WebFOCUS Release Reporting Server Release Release Date Support Status 8207 8207 November 2019 Full Support 8206 8206/7710 June 2019 Full Support 8205 8205/7709 February 2019 Full Support 8204 8203M/7708M August 2018 Full Support 8203 8203M/7708M April 2018 Full Support 8202 82M/7707M December 2017 Full Support 8201 82M/7707M October 2016 Full Support 8200 82/7707 April 2016 Full Support 8105 81M/7706M September 2015 Legacy Maintenance Taking that for what its worth - I dont know if weve really cut over to referring to 8207 only as 8207 of if internally, were still calling it a 77x version. Hopefully IBI has just ditched the old use of 77x names at this point. Like Debs on 8203 I think So internally this might be called 7708M. Im upgrading my 8015m (7706M) to 8207. I think the last 77 release was 7705 that had like Managed Reporting and old school BIDs in it. Just passing this along since I forget the relationship often.
