Karan Sachdeva
Hello Guys, Im fairly new to WebFocus and Im trying to use parameters in 8206 Designer Report so as to give flexibility to user to choose the BY clause using a static values of list contained in a parameter, Im able to use a single default value for the parameter in the Designer by editing the .fex file. However, is there a way to provide user with a drop-down list or a list box with certain static values for a parameter values like we can do in HTML pages in AppStudio 8206. designer.png865503 29.1 KB Thank you, Karan
Karan Sachdeva
Hello Chuck, Thank you for the welcome! Im using WebFocus 8206.14 and I created this report via Designers Web Interface using the Report. PFA the screen-shot for your reference. After creating and saving this report, then I used the Edit with Text Editor feature and added the &GROUP_BY parameter in the code (please refer previous screen-shot). Please let me know if this answers your questions. Thank you, Karan

Pawan Vuppala
Try this in your fex before you add it to the page. -TYPE -i State is: &STATE_CODE.(OR(FIND STATE_CODE IN APPFOLDER/STATE_BRCRPGM |FORMAT=A50V,SORT=ASCENDING)).State.;
