@Kogur Aditya​ 8206 is an unsupported version of WebFOCUS with no more testing for new versions of Tomcat

According to the doc https://webfocusinfocenter.informationbuilders.com/wfdesigner/pdfs6/wf8206relnotes.pdf

Tomcat 8.5.51 and Java 8 are the latest versions supportd - you should consider going to WebFOCUS 9.2 as this version will support latest Java 11 and latest Tomcat 9 releases
