Is there a way to use traffic light conditions or something similar in designer to determine colors of a chart?

In IA charts, it is very easy to specify what colors you want for a chart based on the value in the sorting column by using traffic light conditions (see attached car example).

Would like to do the same in Designer but not seeing a way to base the colors in the chart on the sort value. Any help is appreciated.

You can still use InfoAssist in WebFOCUS even in 9.2 to build this - you cannot alter the Designer Code as it will not open in Desigenr anymore.
