You just need to apply some styling, put this between your BY statement and END:

ON TABLE SET HTMLCSS ONON TABLE SET STYLE *TYPE=REPORT,BORDER=LIGHT,$

If you are just looking to suppress the horizontal lines that are drawn between the cells? I think the warm.sty style sheet does this.
