Webfocus Error:request processing failed

Hello All,

We just upgraded to App Studio 9.1 from 8.x, we ran into a weird situation that for those who have the prior version installed, when we run reports from the 9 version, for the first time, report runs, the second time, we all got the "error request processing failed". But for all new installation on PCs that have no prior installations, it works fine. We did tried to cleared all the Appdata, Registry keys, even the installation folder, but no luck.

It also works if we run as a different user (some have priviledge account) on the same PCs. the issue is not all users have the P account, it is also extra step to user the 9.1 version.

Any suggestions, recommendations are appreciated.

I will give it a try. we are currently in 9.1.1, but I can try 9.2

I tried the other 2 versions (as right now the problem version with us is 9.1.1), neither worked. The 9.2 version had a different error, something like the "Browser is busy with long running request...", but in reality it is a very simple request. So not sure how to proceed.
