I did not notice until I received a bunch of emails that there is now a version 9.1.0. I want to confirm that 9.1.0 is a later version from 9.1 and if the 9.1.0 fixes the configuration file corruption when doing an upgrade.

If you want to see if there was any fix/update to WebOCUS that is not reflected as a new version check the hotfixes

Thanks Patrick! I looked at the Release Notes for the hotfixes. It does not look they have resolved the issue when upgrading and the corruption of the configuration files.
