How manage Execution IDS / Passwords

Hi All

We have close to 300-400 Schedules ... Security policy here is that passwords change 120 Days .. We dont want to be entering passwords in 400 schedules

 

What is the best way to set this up so the schedules keep running with interruption .

One Idea is to use Service account with Non-expiring passwords but here they use security vault and the passwords change after 120 Days

in Wf77 they had used Passthrough for Security Type under ReportCaster/Configuration/DataServers/EDASERVE

looking for ideas to see how this can be implemented without too much hand holding

Hi Naeem. Take a look at the TIBCO WebFOCUS ReportCaster Guide doc. You can use the ReportCaster Status / Execution IDs to update the password
