Can you add a field value to a column title

I have the following fields in my datasource: 1stmonthname, 1stmonthvalue, currentmonthname, currentmonthvalue

 

I want the report to have the 1stmonthname as the title above the 1stmonthvalue column and the currentmonthname as the title above the currentmonthvalue.
