Is there any field in the repository tables to differentiate the Published and Unpublished files

Subbu, this not currently a feature in WebFOCUS, but it will be available in a future release.

In the meantime, we discuss the published status of a resource in several topics located in Chapter 5 of the Security and Administration technical content:

 

The visual cues that indicate whether or not a resource is published are reviewed in the Viewing Resource Components topic.

The differences between published and private status are reviewed in the Private and Published Resources topic.

A reference to the Publish field in the Properties panel appears in the View Folder Properties topic.

 

There are other references to Published resources throughout the content, but these are the principal references.
