Todd Wallace
To use an & you have to use an escape character. This is usually. https://webfocusinfocenter.informationbuilders.com/wfappent/TL2s/TL_apps/source/ExpRef21.htm I have used this to get items to show up as text not to pass infomation from one fex to another. Chad Smith
I tried the backslash and it did not work. I ended up changing the ampersand and apostrophe to some other special character which is not common in address fields and change it back in my other fex. Thanks for your help. Chad Smith
I am calling a HTML from a FEX to get input from the user. Within the HTML i defined hidden variables to pass values from my Parent Fex to next FEX. But due to the characters & or that may be part of address my HTML is failing. Is there a way to pass it If you can show me some example that would be helpful.
Helmut Hitzler
I replaced & with &|| and with (using one backslash for apostrophe) which worked for me.
