All ETL processes are stored on the file system where the DataMigrator server is installed under the ibiapps directory. There is no migration utility you just use what you have in the new version. The manual says Data Flows and Procedures that ran in prior release should run in this release without modification. They will be automatically upgraded to take advantage of new functionality when they are opened and resaved from the data management console

If you are moving to a new machine then all you need to do is copy the files to that new machine.

There is a migration utility for the configuration files like adapter connections etc that can be run from the DataMigrator server console
