I need to show a Goal Line of 85%. Where within Info Assist or Code that I can add in Text Editor can I include it to look like this

In InfoAssist it is called a reference line. While in InfoAssist, on the Format tab, find Features. If your browser window is too narrow you may just see the Features icon unexpanded:

Click Features and it should expand to reveal several icons including Reference. Click References down arrow and select Add Reference Line to Y-axis. Then you will see a popup window to fill in your options.
