Were on 8.1.05m

Weve got a report showing report caster library document viewing activity:

Accessed Date, Accessed By, Library Folder Name and Library Document Name.

Were trying to determine historic library doc utilization (track VERSION views). We have recurring schedules with hundreds of versions going back many years. So wed like to add the Library doc VERSION and the date the version was created to our report.

The BOTLIB table has the VERSION number and EXECUTION_TIME (version create date). WF_REPOSOBJ has the library docs LASTACCESSON timestamp but no version.

Is it possible to query this data

Welcome to myibi!

In looking at those tables I dont think you can determine which version was viewed because the ID in the BOTLIB table is the same for all versions and that is the same ID that is in the WF_REPOS table but you might want to check with techsupport as well.
