Douglas Lee 2
The value of $(10) doesnt display. Why Not This shows the data as seen using SQL, it displays as expected: This shows the data as seen using WebFOCUS (InfoAssist), it does not display: My initial thought is that its due to the stylesheet as $ is an End-Of_Line character (LFCR). NYCBabak .
Take the SQL Trace of the request and run it outside of WebFOCUS. Does the $(10) show Take the FOCUS code and run it from the Reporting Server to eliminate the client and see if it still hides the $(10). Strip all styling in the code and see if that unhides it. I wouldnt just assume something like that will be caused by the stylesheet. I think you need a ,$ to indicate CRLF. As a test I uploaded this and ran a quick report off of it. This is what I get:
Douglas Lee 2
Whats the format of FIELD2 in your example The format of the Note field, the field in question, is A500V. Take the SQL Trace of the request and run it outside of WebFOCUS. Does the $(10) show YES Take the FOCUS code and run it from the Reporting Server to eliminate the client and see if it still hides the $(10). Same Result, Does Not Show the "$(10)" Strip all styling in the code and see if that unhides it. Same Result, Does Not Show the "$(10)"
