How to Apply Designer Page Filters across Multiple Pages in a WebFOCUS Portal

Recommended Posts

In the video, we demonstrate how to use WebFOCUS Designer to apply filters across multiple pages in the WebFOCUS Portal.  Generally speaking, Portals with multiple Pages may have common filters (Region, Product Category, State, etc) that could be applied across all the Pages. By default, when you select a value from a filter, it only applies to the Page that you are on, and not any other page that may have the same filter.  This video starts with step-by-step instructions on how to create a page, add the filters, and assemble the portal. Then, I show you how to link the filters between the Pages, ensuring that all Pages update when one filter is changed.
