Justin Thomas 2
We are designing forms in HTML canvas, and wondering if there is a way to make a section that a user can expand as needed for additional record entry. For example, our default display provides input controls for the user to enter the names of up to five family members. If they would like to add more names, we would like to give them the option to create additional rows in the form as needed. Are there any Components/Controls that allow this type of functionality
David Beagan
I think you are looking for the Accordion container component. You can create it with either a horizontal or vertical arrangement.
Justin Thomas 2
Actually, we are using an Accordion container with horizontal tabs. What we would like to be able do is allow the user to create additional rows within a tab as needed. image.png1151256 7.17 KB

Charles Morris 2
I would think you could do this with some Javascript to make additional rows visible if something is clicked - youd probably have to increment the row index
Charles Morris 2
similar to what we used to do yrs ago in old FOCUS with CRTFORM screens for all you old-timers
David Beagan
Hi Justin, the rows in the tab that you show in your image, are those used for data entry
